Sorting Using Only One Loop (Java)

A self-imposed challenge from ~2019: sort an array using a single explicit loop. Uses the array minimum as a sentinel to mark already-placed positions in-place. Each pass finds the current maximum, deposits it into the output array, then replaces that slot with the pivot so it won't be picked again. Produces a descending-order result. O(n²) — same as selection sort, just written without nested loop syntax.
